The location of the hotel is not too bad, being a bit away from the crowds. it seems they do not keep up with the cleanliness standards in the room and bathroom. the service and customer care are in need of improvement, as they kept the guest waiting for 2 hours. No amenities were provided, such as shampoo, towels, or breakfast, making the guest feel unwelcomed.

The hotel does not seem to prioritize guests' comfort, leaving them unsatisfied and regretting their stay.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the lovely view from my apartment, which offered stunning views of the surroundings. the location of the property was also convenient, as it was close to several shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the availability of a 24-hour front desk, which provided excellent customer service.

My experience was marred by the lack of cleanliness in my room. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were no towels or toiletries available.
